摘要
随着高等职业教育的快速发展,高职院校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻。构建和完善一个适应高职院校毕业生就业的市场体系势在必行。在分析开发和培育毕业生有形就业市场和无形就业市场利弊的基础上,提出高职院校毕业生就业市场体系建设的构想。
As the rapid development of higher vocational education, the employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges becomes more and more serious. Therefore, it is necessary to build and perfect a marketing system to adapt to graduates' employment in higher vocational colleges. On the bases of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of tangible employment marketing and intangible employment marketing, this paper puts forward the conception of employment marketing system for higher vocational students.
