The Connotation of Some Key Terms on ISO9000 Standard in the Application of Higher Vocational Education

高等职业院校是以提供高等职业技能教育服务为主的服务性组织,其所面对的顾客主要是学生,其利益相关者包括学生家长、企业、其他教育机构、政府有关部门、出版社、社会公众等。高等职业教育的主要任务,就是完成这些顾客和利益相关者在德、智、体、美和技能方面所提出的要求,并尽力使自身的服务超越这些要求,以寻求更好的教育服务质量。

Higher vocational college is the service organization with providing higher vocational education service as main line. Its clients mostly are students. Its benefit relates students＇ parents, enterprises, other educational organization, the corresponding government department, publishing company, public and so on. The main task of higher vocational education is to satisfy those clients＇ requirement on moral, intelligence, physical, beauty and skill for finding better educational service quality.
