高职保险专业的人才培养目标是保险代理人。目前高职保险专业学生的实践能力的培养始终是一大难点。为此,大力推行工学结合、校企合作的人才培养模式,逐步建立和完善半工半读制度,是我国高职保险专业人才实践能力培养的有效途径。
