摘要
阐述了高职院校教师,对高职学生毕业前的心理指导工作的重要性及其内容。通过分析高职学生就业前的心理状态,提出对学生进行了解自我,提高自我意识,使其学会愉快地接纳自己,以增强自信,不断进行自我教育等措施。
One of the most important subjects for college students is to be well prepared for working in phychology. For the teachers from high vocational and technical college, we should make them understand and improve themselves; admit themselves, strengthen their self-confidence; recognise the current situation and educate themselves unstopply.
