摘要
介绍了某污水处理厂燃油锅炉恒压供油系统。系统采用PLC作为中心控制单元,利用变频器进行压力调节。给出了系统的控制原理图,PLC的软件实现,并介绍了变频器的B iCo(二进制互联连接)参数设置方法。该系统结构简单、压力稳定、工作可靠。
This paper has introduced one fuel boiler constant pressure oil supply system of sewage treatment plant. It adopts PLC as the control unit, utilizes the frequency converter（VVVF） to regulate the oil pressure. It provides the systematic control principle picture and PLC software program. And it introduces BICO method which can combine input and output together flexibly. This system is of simple structure, stabilized pressure, reliable operation.
