摘要
教学质量是成人高等教育的生命线。如何提高成人高等教育的教学质量是一个难题,也是一个重要的课题。本文分析了影响成人高等教育教学质量的因素,提出应引进全面质量管理思想,构建教学质量保障体系。并对该体系的基本框架、流程、组成、职能及运行进行了较为详细的分析说明。
Teaching quality is critically important in adult higher education. It is very tough but essential to improve the teaching quality for adult higher education. In this paper, the elements influencing the teaching quality are analyzed and then the philosophy of comprehensive quality administration and the se-up of quality guarantee system are proposed. The basic framework, process, formation, function and operation are also analyzed and expounded in details.
