摘要
E-HR(electronic-HumanResource)系统是一种新的人力资源管理概念。相对于企业,高校在实施E-HR系统方面相对滞后。本文分析了昆明理工大学人力资源管理的现状,提出了实施E-HR系统的设想。并且就在实施过程中会遇到的问题,提出了解决的方案。
E-HR ( Electronic - Human Resource) is a new concept of human resource management, Compared to enterprises, tertiary institutions relatively fall behind in implementation of E-HR system. This paper analyzes the present situation of human resource management in Kunming University of Science & Technology, offers the assumption for implementation of E-HR system and proposes solutions to the problems likely to be encountered in the implementation.
