摘要
网络信息传播海量、无序的特点,必然要求图书馆等传统信息机构在网络传播时代加强整序和把关的作用,图书馆有必要发挥自己的人才储备、技术设备、资源储备、用户关系等优势,加强对网络信息资源的把控,承担起"信息特权"——信息把关职责。同时,图书馆员也将从文化传统的守卫者转向参与知识信息深层内容挖掘的信息专家身份,完成网络规范的守道者、信息提供者、信息导航者、信息培训者等角色的新定位。
