行业协会,作为一种非营利组织,对市场秩序和行业发展秩序的建立和维持起着重要作用。培育和提升行业协会核心能力,需要清晰地界定其能力的构成。借鉴组织边界理论,可以将行业协会组织能力模块化分野,从而构建起行业组织能力的S-O-R模型。

Trade association（TA）, as a non-profitable organization, plays an important role in constructing and maintaining the market order as well as the trade order. So, cultivating and upgrading the core-competence of TA needs to clearly define the components of its capacity. Based on the theory of organizational boundary in the field of enterprise research, the forming mechanism of TA is analyzed from the value network, the organizational capacity of TA is modularized so as to construct S-O-R Model of organizational capacity of TA.
