CBD品牌结构升级与高端集群模式构建——以重庆解放碑商圈为例 被引量:4

摘要 解放碑商圈初步形成了重庆品牌集聚区和消费地,但由于地区对品牌的吸引力和影响力不够、缺乏品牌入驻的有效载体、招商引资针对性不强等,各大商场品牌经营的同质化现象突出,品牌业态发展需进一步引导,品牌在西部的影响力和辐射力也弱于成都地区。政府应强化对商贸业的引导,把商业的总部经济、高端零售业作为解放碑商圈未来招商引资和发展的重点,加强管理,适当调整,逐步淘汰与CBD核心商业不相匹配的商业业态形象。 Chongqing Jiefangbei Business District elementarily forms an assembling and consuming place of Chongqing brands, however,because of insufficient attracting and influencing force, poor effective carrier for brands, weak corresponding investment invitation and so on, the homogeneity phenomena of all stories are general and the influencing and radiating force of the brands in the west part of China is weaker than that of Chengdu area, as a result, brand business needs to be further oriented. Chongqing Government should consolidate the guidance for commerce and trade, regard headquarter economy and hlgh-side retail business as a developing focus of Jiefangbei future investment, and gradually eliminate the business which does not watch CBD core business by enhancing management and proper adjustment.
