摘要
对棉花品质和产量性状进行QTL定位,将优良性状进行有目的的组合,以培育出高产、优质的棉花品种,是棉花分子标记与遗传连锁图谱构建的最终目的。本文简要介绍了棉花遗传育种研究中常用的几种分子标记技术,并概述了利用分子标记技术构建棉花遗传连锁图谱的基本原理及现状。
With the development of molecular markers and quantitative genetics, linkage maps for cotton could be constructed, and some QTLs for yield and quality could be mapped which would be useful for cotton breeding When good traits are Combined into individual. In this paper, some kind of molecular markers frequently used in cotton genetics and breeding were briefly introduced. And the construction of linkage maps of cotton were reviewed.
