摘要
在界定现代土地产权内涵的基础上,提出新型集体土地产权体系建设的基本思路,初步构建适于流转的集体土地产权框架,并对集体土地所有权、集体成员土地持有权、集体土地使用权等典型权利类型进行了深入分析;同时着重分析了典型权利流动过程中的产权经济关系。
Based on the concept definition of modem land rights, this paper presents the basic principles in establishing the new collective land rights system, sets up a frame for circulated collective land rights, analyzes the ownership rights, hold rights and utilization rights, and illustrates their economic relations during land rights circulation.
