摘要
农业结构调整和耕地保护是土地利用总体规划中的两个重要方面,两者是对立统一的。本文在广安市农业现状基础上,分析农业结构调整与粮食安全、耕地保护的关系及矛盾,并提出农业结构调整与耕地保护协调措施,以有效合理利用土地。
The agricuhural structure adjustment and the farmland protection, both opposite but accordant, are two important aspects in programming lands. This paper, based on present status of agriculture in Guang＇ an City, analyzes the relationship among the agricultural structure adjustment, food safety and farmland protection, presents some approaches to the agricultural structure adjustment and farmland protection, aiming at effectively utilizing lands.
