摘要
国土资源是人类生存与发展的物质基础,国土资源信息化对促使我国国土资源的集约利用具有保障作用。正在开展的国土资源大调查、金土工程和网络建设均不同程度地推动了我国国土资源信息化工作。本文在分析我国国土资源信息化建设存在问题的基础上,提出加快系统规划及实施、提高信息服务水平和加快人才培养的建议。
The land resources is the physical base of human＇ s survival and development. The informationization of land and resources will be helpful for utilizing land resources more efficiently. All the present large-scale land and resource survey, the Golden Earth Project and network construction incoordinately promote the development of land and resources informationization. This paper, based on the existing problems, presents some approaches to strengthening system planning, improving service level and enhancing the human resources.
