摘要
通过分析两制件的使用要求和结构特点,介绍了一模成型两个不同制件的模具结构特点及模具的动作原理,研究和分析了模具结构采用斜导柱侧抽芯和斜顶相结合,进行内、外侧抽芯成型方案的合理性,给出了模具设计的详细计算过程,实现了一模成型两个不同制件的设想,得出了此模具既方便加工又节约了材料的结论。
According to the service requirement used and the structural features of two molded parts, a reasonable mold is designed with two different cavities in one mold, employing the combination form of angle pin action core pull and angle ejection to carry out the inner and outer side-coring. Practice has proved that the mold is not only convenient to machine, but also saving in material.
