摘要
“代建制”已在全国各地逐步推广开展,正处于探索、试行、深化的阶段,是深化我国工程建设项目组织实施方式改革、提高工程建设管理水平、保证工程质量和投资效益、规范建筑市场秩序的重要措施。本文主要介绍上海市级医院基本建设工程“十·五”期间试行“代建制”的现状和思考。
＂Agent System＂ has gradually spread throughout the country, is currently under exploration trial and deepening stage, China is deepening the construction project implementation modalities reforms, improve project management level, ensure the quality and efficiency of investment and standardize the order of the construction market of the important measures. This paper describes infrastructure projects at a Shanghai hospital during the 10th five-year plan, emphasizes on the current issues of using ＂Agent System＂ in hospital basic constructions
