摘要 人脑、宇宙和生命被列为世界三大科学之谜,开展对脑科学的深入研究是人类21世纪面临的最重大的挑战之一,也是一个涉及面很广、争论最多的重大课题。脑科学是一门融多门学科为一体的新兴边缘交叉学科,近年来,脑科学研究的发展已令人瞩目。本文重点讨论了脑科学研究成果在第二语言教学中的应用,特别强调了第二语言教学右脑观。脑科学研究成果在第二语言教学中的应用就是要改变单纯的重外语教学左脑观为左、右脑共同发展的全脑外语教学观。 Human brain, universe and life are the three world enigmas in science. It is a great challenging task for human beings to have a further study of human brain in the 21st century, which is a very important and controversial subject related to many disciplines. Brain science is a new and interdisciplinary subject, which has developed rapidly. This paper discusses the implications and applications of the findings from brain study to second language teaching; it especially emphasizes fight-hemisphere-based second language teaching, which focuses on the change of only left-hemisphere-oriented second language teaching belief to the whole-brain-based second language teaching belief.
