摘要
介绍了一种基于双光纤布喇格光栅实现波长解调的高准确度、低成本光纤光栅压力传感器.在外界压力下,传感光纤布喇格光栅的反射波长产生漂移,其漂移量被粘贴在以一定频率上下扫描的等强度悬臂梁上的匹配光纤布喇格光栅调制为系统输出时间脉冲序列的脉冲宽度.实验结果表明:该解调技术的波长测量范围为0~3 nm,波长测量的不确定度为1 pm,对于量程为0~6 MPa的压力传感器其测量的不确定度为0.005 MPa.
In order to improve the accuracy of Fiber Bragg grating (FBG) pressure sensor and decrease the cost, a demodulating method of using the fiber Bragg dual-grating to measure the pressure is proposed in this paper. Under the action of external pressure, the reflected wavelength drift of sensing FBG is transformed into time interval variation of light pulse reflected by the grating, which is modulated by means of driving the equally intense cantilever beam into up and down bending periodically. The experimental result shows that detecting range for the reflected wavelength drift of FBG is 0~3 nm, the uncertainty of wavelength detection is 1 pm, the uncertainty of the pressure measurement is 0. 005 MPa when the measurement range of the pressure sensor is 0~6 MPa.
