摘要
通过半导体光放大器中的四波混频效应实现了全光3R再生方案中的波长转换,利用光脉冲在高非线性光纤中的自相位调制来获得40Gb/s全光3R再生信号,并使用Optisystem对其进行了仿真实验.结果表明,3R再生信号的质量得到了很好的提高.
A novel 3R (re-timing, reshaping, re-amplification)-regeneration was demonstrated. The 3R-regeneration signal was generated and the wavelength conversion of 40Gb/s RZ signal is presented based on FWM in SOA and SPM in HNLF. The simulated experimental resuts with Optisystem show that the quality of 3R-regenerated signal will be improved greatly.
