On the Relationship of Core Capability with the Development of Vocational Colleges

我国众多的高职院校都在寻求自身的发展。在竞争的教育环境中,有的高职院校不断取得发展,有的高职院校却在叹息后劲不足,难以前进。成功的高职院校靠的是自身的核心能力。高职院校的核心能力包括创新能力、学习能力以及资源整合、优化和有效执行能力。建设院校核心能力应紧抓管理文化建设、制度文化建设和部门建设。

Most vocational colleges are exploring the paths for their own development. In the competitive educational environment, some of the colleges have made continuous progresses and some find it difficult to do so. The reason of the success of the colleges lies in its core capability. This core capability contains the ability of recreation and learning,and the optimization and utilization of resources . Therefore, the construction of the core capability should be involved in the construction of culture , management, system and departments.
