摘要
培养实践型教师队伍是高职学院专业教师队伍职后教育的关键。比较了当前不同类型的实践型教师培养模式,对教师队伍建设工作具有重要意义。
Training specialized teachers oriented to practice is the key to the construction of the teachers in vocational colleges. A comparative research on different training modes to specialized teachers oriented to practice will be of great significance in the construction of teachers＇team.
