对我国法律援助制度的探讨,不应仅停留于具体的制度层面,而应上升到理论模式的高度。随着和谐社会的提出和建构,法律援助制度理论模式的建构显得更为迫切和更具意义,应当从价值基点、经济基石、政治基源、人文基础等方面研究我国法律援助制度的新型理论模式。

Discussion on China＇s legal aid system, should not be confined only to concrete system construction, but be promoted to theoretical altitude. With construction of harmonious society, the construction of model theory pattern of legal aid system becomes urgent and significant. It is necessary to discuss the New Model Theory Pattern of Legal Aid System in China from the perspectives of value base, economy foundation, politics base and humanity basis.
