摘要
针对炉况失常的现象进行了原因分析。焦炭质量差、持续低炉温、冷却强度过大是造成本次炉况失常的主要原因。采取了处理措施并总结了操作中应注意的问题。
The reason of abnormality of furnace condition is analyzed. The main reasons of abnormality of heat are resulted from poor coke quality,continuous low furnace temperature and excessive cooling strength. The measurements are taken and problems to be paid attention during operation summed up.
