摘要
介绍了天津钢铁公司通过设计合理的化学成分和工艺路线,控制C、Si、Mn等成分均匀稳定,采用先进的控冷工艺,开发出具有表面质量优良、尺寸精度高以及良好的综合力学性能的管桩钢丝用盘条。经验证,该产品性能均匀,尺寸精度全部达到B级上以,综合力学性能稳定达到用户的使用要求。
Through designing the rational chemical composition and technological flow,and control of the stable and homogeneous distribution of C,Si and Mn etc. and adopting advanced cooling control process,tubular pile steel wires with good surface quality,high precision and excellent comprehensive mechanic property is produced. The practice shows that the product has uniform property. The dimensional precision reaches Class B and stable mechanical property meets the requirement of users.
