万向十字轴式联轴器选型分析

Analysis of Model Selection of Universal Cross Coupling

对天津钢铁有限公司轧钢厂棒材生产线5H、7H轧钢机使用的SWC350十字轴式万向联轴器故障现象进行了分析和承载扭矩验算,确定了故障是由于联轴器公称转矩低于实际承载要求造成。选用SWC390十字轴式万向联轴器经验算转矩及改进十字轴直径,达到了使用要求。

Based on analysis on the trouble of SWC350 universal cross coupling used in 5H and 7H steel roller for production line of bars in Steel Rolling Works of Tianjin Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd and calculation of bearing torque,it is determined that the trouble is resulted from nominal torque of coupling less than that of bearing. By calculating torque and improving cross diameter,SWC390 universal cross coupling is reselected and it meets the requirement of use.
