摘要
介绍了天钢烧结机机头除尘器的技术特点。对除尘器产生的积灰、极线放电等故障现象进行了分析,采取了相应的措施。通过治理,烟尘排放浓度小于50mg/Nm3,除尘效率大于99%。
The technical characteristics of duster of sinter machine nosing in Tiangang Company are introduced. By analyzing trouble phenomenon on dust accumulation of duster and polar discharge,the appropriate measures are taken. By treatment,smoke exhaust concentration is less than 50 mg/Nm3,and dusting rate more than 99%.
