摘要
非圆齿轮传统设计方法计算复杂、周期长、效率低下,为了解决这一问题,以AutoCAD为平台、ObjectARX2004为开发工具,在VC++7.0环境下开发了非圆齿轮CAD/CAM系统的节曲线设计模块,实现了由设计者输入参数,快速完成椭圆齿轮、高阶椭圆齿轮、偏心圆齿轮节曲线设计功能,为非圆齿轮CAD/CAM系统的后期工作奠定了基础。
In order to solve the problem of the complexity, long cycle and low efficiency of design method for traditional noncircular gear, it develops a pitch module of noncircular gear CAD/CAM system. This accomplishes the function that quickly designs the pitch of ellipse gear and eccentric gear according to design parameters, and establishes a strong base for the design of whole CAD/CAM system.
