摘要
天芪胶囊以1．0、2．0g／kg给大鼠灌胃给药，连续14d。结果表明，天芪胶囊对正常大鼠血糖及血清胰岛素含量均无明显影响，但对四氧嘧啶或链脲霉素引起高血糖大鼠的血糖具有非常明显的降低作用，同时对四氧嘧啶大鼠的血清胰岛素含量、总胆固醇、甘油三酯及血液粘度皆有降低作用。可认为天芪胶囊降糖作用与刺激胰岛素β细胞释放胰岛素有关。
Rats were pretreated po with 1.0 g/kg and 2.0 g/kg of Tianqi capsule once daily for 14 days respectively. Results showed that the capsule did not affect the blood sugar and serum insulin levels in normal rat,but singnificantly lowered the blood sugar,serum,insulin,total cholesterol,triglyceride and blood viscosity of hyperglycemic rats induced by alloxan or streptozotocin. These results indicated that the hypoglycaemic action of Tianqi capsule may be related to its stimulating effect on β-cells of the islets in the secretion of insulin
