基于绩效的企业培训中的教学设计过程模式 被引量:2

摘要 本文在基于绩效研究的基础上,提出了企业培训的教学设计原则,分析了企业培训中学习与绩效整合的教学设计过程模式。并针对这个教学设计过程模式对各个部分展开论述,提出了教学过程中学习与绩效整合模型,以及整合的策略与方法。
