蜂王浆对大鼠子宫肌瘤作用的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨蜂王浆对大鼠子宫肌瘤模型的作用。方法30只SD雌性大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组和蜂王浆组,给模型组和蜂王浆组注射苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮造模,蜂王浆组同时以蜂王浆灌胃,模型组灌服生理盐水。30天后测定子宫重量及其体重指数,同时观察子宫组织病理组织学改变。结果模型组的子宫体重指数显著高于对照组(P<0.001),蜂王浆组的子宫体重指数和模型组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。模型组子宫内膜呈囊性扩张,有散在局灶性漩涡状瘤化趋势结构,蜂王浆组可见囊性扩张的腺体与萎缩腺体并存。结论蜂王浆对大鼠子宫肌瘤并无不利影响。  Objective To study the effects of Fengwangjiang on hysteromyoma in rat models. Methods 30 SD female rats were divided randomly into 3 groups: control group,model group and Fengwangjiang group.The model group was injected with estradiol benzoate and progesterone to established the rat hysteromyoma model.The Fengwangjiang group was given Fengwangjiang by stomach perfusion besides injection with estradiol benzoate and progesterone.The control group was given normal saline by stomach perfusion without injection with estradiol benzoate and progesterone.Uterus weight and uterus/weight coefficient were measured in 30 days,and changes of pathological histology were observed at the same time. Results The uterus/weight coefficient in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was no significant difference between the uterus/weight coefficient in the Fengwangiiang group and that in the model group.Cystic expansion of endometrium and local scattered whirllike structure similar to tumor were observed in the model group.Cystic expansion and atrophy of endometrium co-existed in the Fengwangiiang group. Conclusion Fengwangjinag has no adverse effect on hysteromyoma in rat models.
