耻骨后前列腺癌根治术(附53例报告)

Radical Retropubic Prostatectomy(with a report of 53 cases)

目的评估耻骨后前列腺癌根治术的临床疗及探讨减少术后并发症的方法。方法对2000年6月至2006年4月本院收治的53例行耻骨后前列腺癌根治术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中9例保留血管神经束(neurovascular bundle,NVB)。结果平均手术时间140 min,平均失血量700 ml,无手术死亡患者。术后随访2-75月,3例出现压力性尿失禁,无完全失禁患者。9例保留NVB者术后6例保存了性功能。结论耻骨后前列腺癌根治术是一种安全有效的术式,术中保留NVB对保留勃起功能有满意的效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effective of radical retropubic prostatectomy and study the methods of decreasing its postoperative complications. Methods Clinical data of 53 cases who had undergone radical retropubic prostatectomy from June 2000 to April 2006 were retrospectively analyzed.neurovascular bundles were preserved during the prostatectomy in 9 of the 53 cases. Results Mean operating time was 140 minutes,and the average blood loss was 700ml.There were no operative deaths.3 patients were complicated with stress incontinence and no patients were with totally incontinence. Conclusion Radical retropubic prostatectomy is a safe and effective method for treating prostatic carcinoma,and the nerve-sparing operation can preserve the erectile function of the patients satisfactorily.
