摘要
研究了芬太尼口腔粘附片的处方。
Fentanyl citrate was formulated with some excipients to prepare bioadhesive tablets for buccal use. The influence of HPMC with different adhesive capacity and Carbopol on the adhesive force and in vitro drug release has been studied. A new method for determination of the adhensive force is also reported.
