摘要
CDF1小鼠ip乌苯美司(1)10μg/只后,其脾细胞中DNA3H-TdR参入增加;加入小鼠脾细胞培养液中的1(0.01,0.1,1.0μg/ml)能提高淋巴细胞的3H-TdR参入,而10μg/ml则不能。经1预处理的人外周血细胞亦能提高淋巴细胞的3H-TdR参入。高浓度1(100μg/ml)能刺激促细胞分裂剂(ConA或LPS)对小鼠脾淋巴细胞的促细胞分裂作用,且对B细胞的促分裂作用优于对T细胞的作用。
The incorporation of 3H thymidine into DNA of spleen cells increased by ip of 10 μg/mouse of ubenimex(1). 1(0.01,0.1,1.0 μg/ml) which was added to culture mouse spleen cell increased 3H thymidine incorporation into lymphocytes, but 10 μg/ml did not. Human peripheral buffy coat cells pretreated with 1 also increased 3H thymidine incorporation into lymphocytes. 1(100 μg/ml) enhanced the mitogenicity of both Con A and LPS on mouse spleen cells and exhibited a high mitogenic effect on B cells in preference to T cells, but this effect was not seen when 1 was below 50 μg/ml.
