"工行在微笑,工行在改变",这是四川德阳分行提出的一个口号,也是记者在此次采访中印象最深的一句话。经过长期不懈的努力,近年来四川分行的服务水平显著提升,不仅在省内树立了良好的公众形象,也促进了各项业务的快速发展。今年四川省分行成都金牛支行营业室、德阳东大街支行和泸州钟鼓楼支行获得2006年"中国银行业文明规范服务示范单位"荣誉称号,泸州钟鼓楼支行还作为四川省银行业的惟一代表,参加了在北京举行的颁奖典礼。近日,我们专程赶赴四川,与四川分行个人金融业务部、电子银行部、银行卡业务部、运行管理部、办公室、工会等部门的负责同志进行座谈,并深入三个获奖支行进行采访,亲身感受四川分行在服务和创新方面取得的可喜成绩。
A slogan-'ICBC is changing and smiling'- was put forward by Deyang Branch of ICBC, Sichuan province. In recent years, service quality of Sichuan branch of ICBC has been greatly enhanced which helped to speed the banking business and set good public image in Sichuan. Lately, our reporters who formed as a coverage team went to Sichuan province to have a deeper and wider experience of achievements made by Sichuan branch both in ser-vice and innovation.
