大黄虫丸对老年COPD血小板功能的影响

The effect of Dahuang Beichong Wan on senile COPD platelet function

观察大黄虫丸对３８例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者血小板最大聚集率（ＭＡＲ）和电泳率（ＥＰＭ）及α颗粒膜蛋白－１４０（ＧＭＰ－１４０）的影响。结果表明，在西药常规治疗基础上，服用大黄虫丸后，血小板ＭＡＲ和ＧＭＰ－１４０水平明显降低，而ＥＰＭ水平显著升高，对照组上述指标变化不明显。提示，大黄虫丸抑制血小板活化的作用，对于减少肺动脉血栓形成和降低肺动脉高压具有重要意义，有利于慢性阻塞性肺疾病发作期的缓解。

It was studied that the effect of Dahuang Zhechong Pill (DZP) on maximum platelet aggregation ratio (MAR),Platelet GMP 140 and EPM of 38 aged patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).It was found that the level of platelet MAR and GMP 140 was lower and level of Platelet EMP was higher after treating with DZP.The changes above was’t obvious in control’s.It was suggested that the function of DZP’s inhibiting platelet activation takan an important play in decreasing pulmonic thrombosis and pulmonic hypertension,which contributed to relax of COPD in acute stage.
