新建本科院校内部教育资源配置的问题与对策

The problems of internal educational resources deployment in newly-established undergraduate universities and its countermeasures

在大众化教育发展阶段,我国新建本科院校的生存与发展面临许多困境和制约因素。由于一些新建本科院校存在着缺乏内部教育资源优化配置意识等问题,导致资源配置随意性强,传统的弊端难以纠正,故应采取以下对策:一要转变办学观念,创新办学模式;二要科学制定战略规划,在规划指导下进行内部资源配置;三要创新资源配置模式,建立健全适合本科院校的资源配置制度;四要强化资源配置合理性的评估体系。

On the stage of education popularization ,the newly-established undergraduate universities in our country face much difficulty and limitation for its survival and development. As some newly-established undergraduate universities are not conscious enough of the optimization of internal educational resource deployment, resource deployment accordingly tends to be run at will. Because it is difficult to redress traditional malpractice, we must adopt the following countermeasures： first, change the concept of running school, running school in an innovative way in replace; second, scientifically make strategic plans, deploying internal resources under the guidance of plans; third, create an innovative resource deployment pattern ,establishing a system of resource deployment appropriate to undergraduate universities; fourthly, enhance the assessment system for rational deployment of resources.
