竹叶石膏汤配合中药外敷治疗小儿口疮35例疗效观察

Zhuyeshigao Decoction combined with external application of Chinese medicine for treating 35 children with aphtha

目的观察竹叶石膏汤配合中药外敷治疗小儿口疮的疗效。方法35例患者均口服竹叶石膏汤加味汤剂,并以1%普鲁卡因2mL调锡类散1支合浓绿茶液外敷溃疡面,每日3次。结果用药后2例患儿溃疡3d愈合,33例患儿溃疡在3d缩小,7d内愈合。结论竹叶石膏汤配合中药外敷治疗小儿口疮疗效显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Zhuyeshigao Decoction combined with external application of Chinese medicine on child aphtha. Method Zhuyeshigao Decoction was given to 35 children and 1% of procaine （2 mL） mixed with Xilei Powder and thick tea water for external application （3 times daily）. Result After the treatment there were 2 cases cured within 3 days, 33 relieved within 3 days and cured within 7 days. Conclusion Zhuyeshigao Decoction combined with external application of Chinese medicine has a significant effect on child aphtha.
