摘要
基于PWM理论,设计了一种脉宽调制型功率放大器。该放大器采用典型的RC起振电路产生三角波,输入指令电压和三角波相比较后,生成PWM信号作为驱动/控制电路的输入信号,驱动/控制电路的输出信号用来控制四个功率MOS管的开启或关闭。这四个MOS管组成一个H功率全桥。该放大器具有输出电流大、输出效率高、抗干扰能力强等特点。以对电机的驱动和控制为例,简单介绍了电路的实际应用。
Based on the operational theory of pulse-width modulation (PWM), a power amplifier was designed, in which a typical RC oscillator was used to generate triangle waves. By comparing the triangle wave with an order voltage signal, a PWM signal was generated, which was used as input signal of the drive-controller circuit. And the output signal of the driver-controller was used to control 4 power MOSFET' s, of which the H-bridge was comprised. The amplifier features high output current and efficiency, and it is insensitive to useless signals. Application of the amplifier in motor drive and control is described.
