放切后角膜内皮细胞变化的初步观察

Short Observation on Endothelium Cells of Corneal After Radial Keratotomy

利用角膜内皮测量仪对接受RK手术的38例，72眼进行术前、术后的内皮细胞观察，了解RK手术对角膜内皮的影响。结果表明：只要避免严重并发症，RK手术对角膜内皮细胞的密度和形态影响较小。

We observed 38 patients (72 eyes) berore and atter radial keratotomy with non-contact Specular Microscope in order to evaluate the change of corneal endothalium atter the operation. The result showed that: there is limmited change after RK surgery when complication avoided.
