摘要
高校后勤工作既有经济特点,又有教育特点,高校后勤社会化并不是简单由原来"内部一体化"组织改革成"市场化"组织,而是完全按照市场规律来组织后勤服务的运作和管理。所以,在高校社会化改革的过程中,必须按照有利于高校发展和有利于后勤工作发展的双赢思想实施高校后勤社会化改革方案。
Rear service work in colleges has economic and educational features. The reform of the rear service in colleges is not simply marketed, but organized and managed according to market rules. So during the course of reform, we should folllow the thought of both-winning of college and rear service.
