超声彩色多普勒血流量像在视网膜脱离诊断中的初步应用

Primary Study about the Diagnosis of Retinal Detachment with Ultra-sonic Color Doppler flow Imaging

应用超声彩色多普勒血流量像（CDFI）仪在B超“膜样”病变的二维灰阶图像中，通过彩色编码叠加显示了视网膜脱离的特殊声学图像：（1）膜样图像上叠加彩色血管图像。（2）视网膜与脉络膜分离的双重彩色血管图像。并能同时检测视网膜中央动脉的多普勒频谱和最大收缩期血流速度。初步结果表明该技术能对视网膜脱离和玻璃体后脱离或机化作出精确鉴别诊断，有助于玻璃体切除术前诊断。

Adding the color-code on B-scan two-diamensions grayscale echogram in Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI), we find the characteris-tic echogram of retinal detachment: (1) the color blood flow in the membran echogram. (2) the double color blood flow of the choroid and retinal vessels. At same time, CDFI can provide the Doppler spectrum and informations of maxium systolic blood flow velocity in the central artery.The initial research results thow that CDFI can distinguish retinal detachment and vitreus membuane exatly, and it is also help-full to diagnosis before vitrectomy.
