大冬会志愿者评价是志愿者服务和管理的重要环节,通过评价可以全面提高大冬会志愿者服务质量和水平,同时为今后举办重大冬季国际体育赛事提供参考和规范化模式。采用理论分析的方法对大冬会志愿者评价体系、评价指标、评价的基本形式进行研究,并设计出志愿者评价的具体操作步骤,以期为大冬会志愿者管理部门提供相应的智力支撑和理论依据。

It＇ s an important part for the volunteers＇ service and management to value them. The value research may generally improve the volunteers＇ service quality and level in Harbin 2009 world university winter games, and offer some reference and standardization mode for holding some important international winter games in the future. This article researches the value system, value index and basic value form for the volunteers with the method of theoretic analysis and suggestes some operable process for valuing them, which is hoped as a theory support for the relevant organizations to manage the volunteers of the world university winter games.
