体育院系速度滑冰课“自主学习”模式的构建与实践

Construction and Application of the"Independent Study"Mode in Speed Skating Course in Sports Schools

通过文献法、问卷法和实验法,对自主学习模式的内涵、实施条件与实施过程进行探讨;并在体育院系速度滑冰教学中进行了实验研究,结果表明:实施自主学习模式教学效果明显优于传统教学模式,为体育院系教学改革提供参考依据。

With the methods of documentary, questionnaire and experimentation, the paper discusses the meaning, actualizing condition and actualizing process of ＂independent study＂ mode. The experiment result shows that the teaching effect under ＂independent study＂ mode is evidently better than the traditional mode, which may be as a reference for speed skating teaching reform in sports schools.
