脊髓型颈椎病的辨证论治

Diagnosis and Treatment of Myeloid Form Cervical Spondylopathy according to Traditional Chinese Medicine

对脊髓型颈椎病，按气虚瘀阻型（补阳还五汤加减）、痰湿阻滞型（平胃散加味）、肝肾亏虚型（六味地黄汤或左归饮加减）进行辨证论治，经治31例，结果显效10例，有效19例，无效2例，总有效率为93．5％。

31 cases of myeloid form cervical spondylopathy were treated by differentiation of symptoms andsigns, patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis were treated with modified Buyang Huanwu Tang; patientswith stagnation of phlegm-dampness were treated with modified Pingwei San; patients with deficiency ofliver-yin and kidney-yin were treated with modified Liuwei Dihuang Tang or modified Zuogui Yin. Theresults showed that obvious effect was 10 cases, improvement was l9 cases, a total effective rate was93. 5 %.
