图书馆作为公益性的信息服务机构,是和谐社会的有机组成部分。本文试从和谐型图书馆的概念和特征入手,浅析了坚持以人为本、实现城乡统筹、保证信息公平等和谐型图书馆建设的基本途径。

Library is on essential component of the harmonious society as a welfare organization of information service. This article tries starting with the definition and qualities of a harmonious library. And the author analyzed the basic ways to establish a harmonious library, such as the adherence of human-based principle, the achievement of sell-setout plan of urban and county, the assurance of fairly-shared information.
