复合污染所造成的环境公害,因组合方式的多样性及对损害发生的"原因度"的差异,在实践中难以认定,进而影响损害赔偿责任的分担和受害人环境权利的保护。因此,分析复合污染的形态,揭示具有共同关联性的数个污染源的责任基础,以界定侵权人的责任,为受害人提供救济,在理论和司法实务上具有重要意义。

So, analyzing the shape of compound pollution and announcing responsibility foundation of several pollution sources that has common relation, in order to define the infringer＇s responsibility, to offer the relief to victim, is significant on the theory and judicial practice.
