普通高校国防生培养模式探讨

Exploration on the Model of Training National Defence Students

普通高校国防生教育是依托普通高等教育培养军队干部的主要渠道之一,是军队干部的重要生长点。本文依据高校人才培养模式的一般原理和方法,对国防生培养模式中的培养目标、课程体系、培养途径、淘汰制度等要素进行了比较全面的阐述。其目的在于探索出一套符合高等教育教学规律的、优质高效的国防生培养模式,为部队提供更多、更好的人才。

National defence students＇ education is the main way for training army officers depending on colleges and universities, which is an important growing point for army officers. This paper discusses the training aim, curriculum system, developing way and elimination regulation of national defence students＇ education according to the ordinary principles of cultivating students at colleges. It aims at finding a set of model with high and good effect to provide more and better talents for the army.
