摘要
知识和信息的发展,需要高质量和高素质的教师主体;终身学习,需要教师的经常充电和不断学习;认知结构的巩固,需要不断强化和更新教师知识。"一次性"的教师教育学习已经成为过去式,教师终身教育工作者是现在进行式。
High qualified teachers are required to meet the demand of the development of knowledge and information. Teachers' knowledge should be renewed and there cognition structure should be strengthened in the new age. Old education model of teachers cannot satisfy the demand of the society.
