摘要
文章阐述了图书馆知识管理的基本内涵及目标,分析了图书馆引入知识管理的必要性,着重论述了知识管理思想对图书馆服务工作的创新作用,并提出了实现图书馆知识管理的途径。
This paper describes the basic content and objectives of knowledge management of library, analyzes the necessity for library to introduce knowledge management, and elaborated on knowledge management is playing an innovative role in the library services work, finally proposed several ways to achieve knowledge management of Library.
