摘要
应用参麦针合脉络宁针治疗不稳定型心绞痛30例，并与西药常规治疗26例对照，观察心绞痛疗效和动态心电图变化。结果：治疗组总有效率90％，平均心肌缺血总时间由162．06±40．11减至24．19±24．50，疗效显著优于对照组（P＜0．05、0．01），表明参麦针合脉络宁针联用为中医急诊治疗不稳定型心绞痛的有效药物。
Authors treated 30 cases of unstable pectoris with Shenmai Injection and Mailuoning Injection, ob-servated these patients'curative effect and changes of dynamic electrocardiogram, The results indicated thattotal meam time of myocardial ischemia decreased (from 162. 06±40.11minutes to 24.19±24. 50 minutes),markedly better than that of routine treatment group, a total effective rate was 9O%. This fact confirms theefficacy of Shenmai Injection and Mailuoning lnjection in treating unstable pectoris.
